Count Chocula
Born Csungor Chocovich in 1942 in a small town near Biertan, Transylvania (Romania), Csungor attended the University of Bucharest in 1960 and subsequently traveled to the United States on an educational scholarship.

Working in the grain processing plant of General Mills, Csungor developed a business relationship with the son of an influential GM executive and develop the persona of "Count Chocula" for which he was paid to appear as at promotional venues and internal events wearing the custom made brown velvet tuxedo in the late 1960's through the early 80's.

In early 1988 Csungor was arrested for the possession of child pornography and indicted on several international charges relating to his participation in a child prostitution ring. Spending all his savings on legal fees and investigations of procedure by the state attorney office, Csungor was ultimately convicted of some of the charges relating to the possession of child pornography.

Imprisoned at ADX in Colorado, Csungor was several beaten and raped repeatedly, which eventually led to him contracting a virulent strain of HIV. Ten years later in 1998, relased on parole, Csungor was transferred to a detention center and worked as a counselor at a Denver AIDS support group where he met his current live in companion Federico Cantú with whom he moved to Pennsylvania.

During the trial, General Mills cut all ties with Csungor and subsequently denied him any employee benefits and royalties relating to the Count Chocula name and brand identity (siting breach of contract). Csungor now lives in Chadsford, Pennsylvania where he is currently involved in a heated lawsuit with GM over the Count Chocula brand and name rights.*

*I made this up and it's complete bullshit. :giggle:

Incredibly convincing story except for the released on bail... in fact, I actually over looked that and believed it until I saw your disclaimer!

I believe in Jesus Christ my Savior. If you do too and aren't scared to admit it then copy and paste this in your signature.

Really? Hmmm.. I'll have to fix that. :-)

But many folks are released from prison to serve out the remainder of their time under certain stipulations...
